Excellent product that appears to be very well made. We have installed an 8kW ASHP as part of a major refurbishment and insulation upgrade to a Victorian house.

The system takes some optimisation to make it run most efficiently / economically and I suspect the majority of bad reviews relate to poor commissioning / training on the system.

You cannot expect to run a heat pump for a short duration like a gas boiler as this is inefficient. The flow temperature and radiators need to be run at a much lower temperature for longer periods.

Unfortunately until people are taught that running a heat pump is very different to conventional gas / oil heating these reviews will always be negative.
