Alex was great from start to finish. We discussed my watch a TAG Heuer Carrera with a broken Chornograph function. On the basis of that discussion I sent my most treasured item to Alex.
I have just received my watch back today and it's as good as new. I Would highly resommend Alex. Communication was excellent straight forward and Alex did exactly what he said he would. It's great to find someone who is an expert in his field, I will certainly use Alex again.
