Really Disappointed with their service
Really Disappointed with their service. Never keep the promise. These people are rip off. The reps gave us different price but the office is charging us double the amount. I should have stayed with BT. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the service received.
I have reviewed the account and I can see that you are being charged the correct rates inline with the Paper contract signed which was also followed up with a verification phone call.
As has previously been advised the agreement was half price for the 1st year going to full price for the remaining 2 years.
I can see a complaint has been raised and a member of our high level team will be in contact in due course.
