Avoid this company at all costs! My other half purchased a miner in April 2021. We were told by Nebra we would not be receiving it until October 2021 - which was fine, we were willing to wait. Well, guess what? It's now JULY 2022 and we still haven't had it. After numerous emails from Nebra telling us shipping details are coming soon, there has been NO shipping information whatsoever. I have demanded a full refund on various occasions and they have refused to give me one because it is apparently too late to cancel the order. Not only are they liars but they are also breaking the law. I also think they are scammers and fraudsters as this isn't just us this has happened to. They have taken £300 from my partner and he still has no miner and no refund. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with!
