Worst online shop ever

Worst online shop ever. I ordered keyboards key caps a year ago and still waiting. I'va wrote a couple of emails in the first 2-3 months and every time the ETA was delayed to the next month. So here we are, over a year and still didnt have receive my order yet.

DO NOT BUY from mechanical keyboards.

UPDATE…………………………………..

They answered me below to say that I can ask a full refund BUT when I did, they told me they cant because the payment processor will not allow them to refund the transaction.

I have screenshot of everything if you guys need proof.

AGAIN, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
