Do NOT apply for this card. After you get the card, they then tell you that you will be charged $35.00 dollars per month for the use of the card, plus the $99.00 annual fee. That's absolutely ridiculous. I immediately canceled the card, but can't seemed to get a confirmation from anyone in the company and have spoken to two FitCard reps.
I would also like to state that the FITCARD customer service representative, Antonio was very helpful and extremely professional.
I sincerely appreciated his help.
