From the moment of meeting Jools he puts you at ease, he is polite,friendly and professional. Time is spent chatting prior to the massage starting. The massage itself is unrushed, he has magic hands that hit all the right spots. The emotional and physical release is amazing. I can't recommend this enough. I am now on my 3rd visit and know it won't be my last.
