Review of kinex

Do not recommend this company!

We have never had great internet through Kinex, even in our old property. We have now moved and have 0 internet. Even though the landlord had no issues up until we moved in with a different provider, we have spent the past week on the phone to kinex being told it is one issue or another having to wait for new routers to be sent out knowing they will not work, and now we have to wait till after the weekend for an engineer. The staff we have spoken to on the phone do not listen to us, we do not have any internet coming down the phone line into our property with this company! But had no issues previously with the landlords provider. They still continue to take money for a service they can’t provide and want nearly £500 to cancel the service so we can go to another provider that actually provides the service we need. We cannot work from home as the laptop needs wifi, we pay for sky that we cannot use to its full advantage without wifi, and both mine and my partners phone bills are over triple the amount they should be due to having to constantly buy data to access any kind of internet, IT IS NOT ON! The only resolution they have it to compensate us for the time we have lost since being in our new property, so from Feb 3rd (our connection date) until next week, working out around 1/3 of our monthly payment I guess would be around £40, what use is this when we are losing hundreds of pounds not being able to work???

Good Morning,

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues.
Whilst we aim to offer a fault free service unfortunately there are instances where issues can occur and we will always aim to rectify these as soon as possible. I can see the issue has been raised over to open reach engineers and a member of our technical team will be in touch as soon as we have an update on the fault.

Kind regards,

Lauren
