Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Do not use them. Constantly chasing money not owed, added on fees and paper bill charges every time. Still getting bills from them now 18 months on and we have not been responsible for the unit for over 16 months.

We can confirm if there are retrospective adjustments on the account we much inform our customer via invoice to ensure our customer are sent the appropriate audit trail for their should they wish to review it for accounting purposes. We can see that payment has been made and the services are ceased on this account.
