Well organised and caring people
Everything were well organised including the transport. Batuhan was my international patient coordinator and he is very kind and caring. While I was staying at the hotel, he would come nearly every day and made sure I was doing alright. There were 2 lovely ladies (I am sorry I forgot their names) interpreted for me
and accompanied me in and out all the hospital appointments. On the day of the surgery, both of them stayed with me all day until I woke up from the surgery. I really do appreciated them. My surgeon is very imformative and approachable. I am happy with the result.
