Opening an account was rapid and hassle free just normal ID requirements. I recieved a friendly call from my account manager the next day to welcome me. Support are very responsive should you need them for any questions.
I recently had a family emergency and had to withdraw funds....they were in my Bank the next day. Very impressive service!
