Cow-boy sales practice and poor service ... Stay away
Mis-lead to believe the BB line will be better than a residential line but shortly after transitioning in Nov '20 I started having issues. Almost two months down the line the issue is still to be resolved. Multiple time I was told someone will call only to be left in the cold. Also my call package included calls to UK land lines and Mobile but have been charged for calls for two consecutive month - each time I've raised this issue I was told it will be resolved by the following month.
