Would give zero stars if i could!!! Having a nightmare with clear business ... bills are always 'estimated' even though i have gave a meter reading 5months in a row ... my business has been closed due to lockdown and my bills are getting higher and higher since sept 2020 i have an outstanding bill of £400 odd for past 3months when i was only open 10days in december how u work that one out? I have called numerous times and they dont have a clue anytime i call get told something diff everytime and its never sorted this has been ongoing about 4months now! i have another business with edf energy and they are a great company but i cant go with them as i have this outstanding bill edf also gave me back a check back in july as i was in credit , i should be in credit with CB to not debit! .... also i realised on my bills that the meter number is completely diff from my meter number on my meter! So have i been paying someone else's electric all this time? i have raised this complaint a few times now and ' its getting looked into' but can never get through no one calls u back and my bills are £100 odd higher each month as this goes on even though my business is closed at the moment! Joke of a company AVOIDDD!!!!
