AHS home warranty is the most horrible in their field, go with a better rated company!
We had a 75 gallon water heater that went bad, had to be replaced. AHS sent a plumber and charge us $75 for the visit, but he wouldn’t replace the water heater for 2 months. So we had to get a contractor out of pocket with a promise of a refund. The new water heater, $1400, the installation, $1200. So $2600. The offer from AHS, $1075.99. They passed me around on the phone until I said enough, then refused to budge on the refund. I certainly will not renew our home warranty with AHS. They are terrible, never again.
