Water Transfer
I switched our water contract last year on the basis of their prices although I also factored in getting a promised refund for the termination fee from our old supplier. After months of trying to get this back I am no further forward and have not received the money from kinex. There is always a long wait to speak to someone on the phone and they only have one generic email address for all queries!? Unfortunately, our contract has a while to go but I will not be renewing with them again.
