No Fulfillment, Unethical, Untruthful - STAY AWAY!

Hey "Ravi"

So incredibly disappointed in the SWS team. I was a member of "Scaling Initiative" the most expensive done-for-you program, and was disappointed by the inaction, unfulfilled promises and simple lack of performance on behalf of SWS throughout the entire engagement.

The team is great responding to Slack messages all day and hopping on quick (20-40 min.) Zoom calls, but when it comes down to the nitty-gritty business things - they start ducking, dodging and diving into the corner to avoid helping or using any internal resources. No accountability and no continuity in understanding our business or helping in any long-term way. Terribly disorienting from a client perspective.

Watch out for sly sales tactics on behalf of Connor Bell, SWS Salesperson. Lot's of promises with zero intention to deliver.

We did not see ROAS as stated by Ravi below and I will GLADLY prove with my actual ad-account not some selected . Their team disappeared in the middle of the engagement..

❌ NO LinkedIn Advertising 1:1
❌ NO Youtube Advertising 1:1
❌ NO Sales Systems Installed
❌ ONLY 1 Funnel Completed (Metadata Not Changed)
❌ NOT $1 in revenue made in 11 months with SWS Initiative

Performance.. they don't care!

DO NOT BUY THE SCALING INITIATIVE!!

Ravi did not deliver as agreed upon contractually. Every step of the way was a diversion to go watch a video and do it ourselves. Were we burdensome as clients, HA! No way, maybe ask how many meetings we had in the middle of the year - zero!

Utterly unprofessional tact as seen in Ravi's response below. No one on the SWS team has reached out at all - that should tell you enough.

Don't be fooled by the slick upfront sales pitch. You know those companies that promise the world with absurd claims and can't back them up ..this is one.

They make a mockery by using our "proof" as a lead magnet. It's wrong and untruthful. Bottom line.

I will gladly prove ROAS is nowhere near this baseless SWS claim of 32x.

Bottom line is that their “$50k Launch” is just a copy/paste of an already accessible script, nothing more. Per Ravi's guidance and agreement we pivoted to low-ticket - he as the consultant should have agreed. We hired them to consult us, not follow us down the road. I tried to engage other team members because we weren't getting anywhere with the sole POC approach.

They don’t follow their own order of operations when launching an offer and it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything other than a brief 20-40 minute Zoom call.

Ravi directly stated when questioned on building a sales funnel that it would take one month. Very dodgy, unethical with no fulfillment.

Ravi is vain in feeling disrespected, meanwhile we received no tangible ROI for the multiple 5-figures paid for this half-baked program. In his defense he has a solid understanding of FB ads, but not on the offer side.

We launched an FB DM ad set on 11/29 and generated no business, simply duplicated the same ad set directing to a VSL on 2/3. The leads he is trying to attribute to the ads did not come from that source. Feel free to reach out for proof.

I would gladly post an email for follow-up but Trustpilot doesn’t allow for that. I’m happy to speak on this in detail. Did we get hustled? YES.

No wins, no initiative, no bueno.

Hey “Mike”,

I am about 99.99% sure this is Ryan trying to use an alias because you are embarrassed of this review considering how far it is from the truth.

Let me simply say that I am sorry that you feel this way.

For anyone that is reading this, we have documented proof from Ryan that we had a client acquisition system up and running that we built them, bringing them in $30 booked appointments, of which they had closed 3/4 for a $4,000 program. This was at a roughly 28x-32x return on ad spend.

Feel free to email us at “support@scalingwithsystems.com” and I can show you clips of the recorded calls and him sending us Slack messages stating this.

That was within 7 days of getting it launched.

The reason he didn’t see a full return on investment was because they disappeared in the middle of us working together for months with no response.

Then when they came back it would take a month just to get them to take simple steps that we couldn’t do for them, like getting an ad filmed (that we scripted).

Unfortunately, Ryan was all over the place, wanting to do Youtube Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Organic, Low Ticket Funnels, Call Funnels, Recurring Memberships, etc.

Remember, this is all while they literally haven’t sold one person into their program, but this is just a simple taste of how “all over the place they were” and my full time job was trying to get them to focus one just one thing, which was exhausting.

Finally when we did get one thing launched because I refused to do anything else until we were able to make progress it actually worked and they started closing deals at a 28x-32x return on ad spend.

And instead of celebrating or saying “thank you”, Ryan complained that he wanted to get a low ticket funnel up and running.

That was when I knew it was a lost cause.

We have over 130 active, incredibly happy clients and I can safely say that Ryan took up more support than all of them combined and he was incredibly disrespectful to me and my entire team, sending us messages at 1am and sending messages to team members that weren’t even working with him just to complain.

In 1,300+ clients served in the last 3.5 years Ryan was the most disrespectful, unappreciative, and unwilling to compromise client I’ve ever worked with.

If there was a website to recommend business owners not to work with clients I would recommend nobody works with Ryan.

We are client obsessed and for every other client we work to make it right, but I wont' have myself and my team be disrespected, if you're a business owner you understand these types of clients.

p.s. I actually have a lot of respect for his dad, Dave, who Ryan works for, but Ryan was our main point of contact for his dad’s business.

p.s.s. If you are a potential Scaling With Systems client and you want to verify these claims I’ve made please email “support@scalingwithsystems.com” and we can send you a google drive folder of the zoom call recording clips as well as the screenshots from his messages.
