Avoid these people like the plague

Avoid these people like the plague. They are all sweetness and light while you are paying them but as soon as you want to leave their real intentions become clear. Despite numerous requests to cancel my broadband connection they tried to carry on charging me claiming that I hadn't cancelled!! Every time I email them they acknowledge receipt but then completely fail to answer. They have been sending repeated requests for payment when they have already received payment. There is no one that will take responsibility for dealing with this issue and I can't wait to be rid of them once and for all.
