Rip off incompetence!!

This is a company that is NOT customer friendly!!
I have an empty shop where the services are all shut off. Clear Business have been told this repeatedly, initially we managed to come to an understanding that despite no electricity being used (their system cannot allow NIL use) that I would pay based on a single extra unit to permit their weird billing to work at minimal levels. This I reluctantly agreed to pay (being £90 monthly). Suddenly after receipt of their letter of 9th Feb stating they were assuming the unit was closed due to Covid i now receive a bill for almost £500 based on an estimated use for electricity.......No rhyme or reason for this as the unit is still empty and closed. i then have to waste an hour to try to get it sorted.......again!
Avoid this company if possible and certainly, if you have no options use as a water supplier only.
