Already posted a review about this company's terrible performance regarding customer service and frankly quite despicable tactics and how difficult it is to end dealings with them and even get through to talk to someone.. Unfortunately I find i have to do this again as after finally thinking that I have closure and paid a further fee of £40 ( penalty for late payment which frankly wasn't justified considering I had been waiting months for them to sort out their side "REMEMBER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PEOPLE" this is important as they use it often as an excuse to charge extras.. I paid with bank transfer and got their BACS details from the statement on my account dashboard...i have just received another email demanding £12 for not paying this by direct debit!!!! This nonsense has being going since September 2020 when they couldn't get in touch with my ex landlord even though I sent a copy of lease termination and all relevant details names and addresses etc...My account should have been closed months ago but they haven't concluded this ..Ironically I will probably get another £12 charge after this latest one if i pay it by card...if it wasn't so annoying it would be quite laughable ...Had enough now and I see the only option is to get a regulator involved...You have been advised folks!!!
