Horrible people to deal with!!!!Stay away!!!!!!

Have been with Kinex since 2013 for broadband & phone line. Never really had a problem until I decided to try their mobile services. Don't bother. I ordered 2 phones, received one, which was ok, but has never been activated, but then changed my mind on a second phone, before it had even been sent out or activated. I wouldn't mind paying for the one phone, if it worked, but they are charging me for both phone contracts and I only have one phone(that isn't even active)?? They are just rude and arrogant. Still using my Tesco phone and sim and my old number, which wasn't moved across, and it's cheaper. They say they have tried to contact me but it is actually the other way round. I have left several messages to be called back but nothing. I also have never received a no reply letter from them. This is untrue!!
