Best-in-class immersive Xi'An / Louyang experience with China Highlights

We recently went on our second tour with China Highlights @ Xi'An & Louyang China, 4D3N with elderly and young kids.

Lily Liu - our tour guide in Xi'An was excellent. Her planning, co-ordination, professionalism & timeliness was impeccable. She provided each and everyone of us a truly immersive & unforgettable experience of the great city of Xi'An. When visiting the ancient historic sites, her narration of the underlying story of each key monument at event especially at Terra Cotta Museum & Giant Wild Goose Pagoda brought to life history right before our eyes. Lily's very flexible and accomodative to our requests and add in 汉服 experience & brought us to a show 千古情 into our itinerary and it's one of the stunning show we have ever experienced. Despite our departing flight is midnight, Lily plan to intinerary to maximise the full day and send us off at the airport late night. Truly putting customer firsts in her heart to ensure we are well taken care off.

Lisa - our tour guide in Louyang is professional, warmth & energetic. Despite we only had less than 6 hours in Louyang, she ensured every minute of our time there are well spent. When we toured Longmen Grottoes, Lisa saw that we had to carry the stroller instead pushing it at certain areas where the floor was rockly / uneven - Lisa volunteered to hand-carry the stroller on behalf so that we could better experience the grottoes, going beyond the expected standards. We sincerely appreciate the gesture.

Longmen grottoes is near the high-speed trail station, outside the city. For those who had approx 6 hours in Louyang arriving / departing via high-speed rail, other than longmen grottoes, it's recommend to add in a second visit site in the city e.g. 应天门 to maximuse the itinerary of the 6 hours and have a chance to visit the city center.

All of Lily's & Lisa's restaurant recommendations were excellent.

Last but not least, back-office reservation experience was also seamless & worry-free. Roger is very responsive and professional. He's also very acommodative on our requests.
