Can't wait for our contact to end

Can't wait for our contact to end, I would rather pay more to a proper supplier. We are a small family business and signed to Kinex 12 months ago, after getting bills of approx £80 per month as agreed they have now slapped us with a £350.24 bill for the month. We would have been better off staying with BT, at least they have some form of customer service. Have been calling and emailing Kinex for the past 2-3 weeks to try and get on answer on why we have a bill that is not in line with our agreed contract. Absolutely no response! I bet I get a response once this review is published!
