This company is awful

Good customer service ends once the contract is signed. I totally agree with the other negative reviews on this company. The advice on direct debits is really worth following. Don't believe any false promises as they are just that FALSE. I have been repeated overcharges and had bills which quite frankly even they couldn't understand. The worse bit is the customer service I have had repeated promises from them telling me they will call you back and they don't. Agreed a price with them then was asked just to sign an email and return. First bill was more than double the verbal agreement. Whatever you do, do not give this company direct debit
