Thief's and liars

So we had to close our company in March and despite calling them with the final readings and giving them the information of the new company taking over the premises they still refuse to pay back the overcharges. The last person I spoke to confirmed they would pay back the money and that was in September and still nothing. I wont even get into the time when they switched over our internet without us asking.

So it’s almost a year later and despite sending them the information the requested they still haven’t responded or refunded my money.

We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with the service received.
I would like to advise further on the refund process.
All refunds processed should be returning to the same account as payments were made, in this instance I can see that we were advised this was no longer possible.
In this circumstance we will require evidence showing that the account is closed and we can then issue a refund via cheque.

I have raised a call back on your account for monday to discuss further.
