10 years and loving it

I have been using Five9 on multiple projects for the past 10 years and never had any major issues with it. I love that they are expanding their services to email and chat systems as well. I'm sure I'll be using Five9 for many more years, and will certainly recommend it to anyone who need call center solutions.
