Review of Rendall & Rittner

R&R are not a recruitment consultancy

Firstly, it’s worth mentioning that Rednall and Rittner are a building management company, not a recruitment consultancy as some of the recent glowing reviews seem to suggest. Secondly, they don’t do a very good job of managing buildings, as the critical reviews attest. I have lived in a development managed by R&R for the past 8 years and they have consistently failed to deliver a satisfactory service. Building managers seem to be changed every 8-12 months so there is never continuity of contact. Communication is consistently lacking, late, of poor quality and where it does exist makes promises that are not delivered on. All of this for a service charge that has risen and risen and risen. They have promised to improve on keeping residents informed and to do better, but this is belied by the painfully slow delivery of even basic and important matters such as building security. Add to this the concerns about EWS1 forms, seemingly endless surveys and directly conflicting reports of their results and you can see why I and residents of other buildings they manage have had enough.
