Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. During this lockdown, we were only opened for 4 months and clear business has collected close to £1800 as electricity bill even though we were shut for nearly 8month.
I spoke to Kelvin who refused to give me his last name, he gave 3 different final bills as I am leaving, hung up and redialled, spoke to leanna, she gave me different higher final bill from what Kelvin gave me . Finally I paid as I desperately need to leave this company as they are very unprofessional ,zero customer service and con you money .
I have recorded all my conversations with Kelvin and Leanna and will share this on social media
Please guys, stay away as they will make you out of business
