Absolutely awful company

I took out a business broadband and phone line with Kinex in March 18.
I was promised reasonable speed when the sales person sold this service to me. But for the majority of the time it was quicker to use my phone data.
Then comes the incessant sales calls trying to sell their other products and I’m talking 3-4 times a day hence I had to block 0161 numbers, so then they change tack and start calling me on mobile numbers ( which I have to answer could be customers) so after lengthy calls saying I don’t want to change my energy supplier I block that number so they try me on different mobile number endless cycle.
Now I have called to cancel the contract, after being on hold for 1/2 hour got through to customer services they do the security questions to be told they need to pass me over to cancellation dept so on hold for another 1/2-3/4 hour only to end up being put through to their head office, which we had to go through the whole rigmarole again he said they would waive the last month payment as the line was redundant but would need to get the cancellation dept to call me back that same day.
Needless to say no call, so I called them again on the Monday which they promised the cancellation dept would call back same day, 2 days later they actually called at 1900, and the lady calling was so unhelpful and snotty and refused to waive the last month’s payment and kept on talking over me not good!!!!

Also no 2 bills were ever same for exactly the same very poor service and over the three years price crept up
