the worst of the worst

the worst of the worst, charged me crazy amount because I have closed my account with them before the end of a new contract they have created when I moved address (my overall subscription in the two address exceeds the contract period which is a year). Then they realised that they have made a mistake in calculating this amount, sent me cheque with the refund, but the cheque had a typo in my name, and they're making it a nightmare to fix this!!
