Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking company. I stupidly signed up to CB electricity and regret it. Ridiculous estimates on electricity readings- if I give a reading on the 2nd last day of month the next 2 days worth are obscene guesses, customer service appalling, no action being taken on account despite weekly phone calls. Today I was not asked any security questions to access the account, on Monday I was denied access as I was not an authorised name on the account despite 45 minutes to them on Friday. Given inaccurate information each time I phone. Raises my blood pressure every time I have to speak to them. Passed from department to department and no-one seems to give a damn about account. Requested meters be checked 3 weeks ago, the girl I spoke to did nothing about it and also mis-quoted the price. I cannot wait to be away from Clear Business.
