Money robbers

Please don’t touch this company they are so good to take your money but they can’t deliver what they promise , over charging my business after giving them the right meter reading it’s should be only 10 £ because my shop it’s closed for a month cos corona and charged me for 478 £ I’m still waiting for my refund I spend nearly two hours in phone waiting for answers and they keep you on hold till now I’m still waiting
