EXCESSIVE AND FIXED TERMINATION FEES

Although the customer service is very good - answered relatively quickly and by clearly spoken Native English speakers - the value for money must be looked at very closely. Termination fees are HIGH and set in stone. Beware entering into a contract with Kinex!

Kinex contacted me to say that they could do nothing to change the termination fees. Sorry about that, bad luck. The fees are high and you are unlikely to see any savings with your phone or internet fees.
