My complaint has now been going on for several weeks and although being escalated on a regular basis still has not been addressed.
We have multiple services with this company and it is the telecoms side that is causing this issue. They appear to have given one of our business telephone number to another company. We have closed a branch and they have allocated our paid line to another company without agreement from ourselves. the issue will be passed to out legal team today as I have completely lost patience.
