The worst customer service

I manage around 200 utility accounts and deal with six water suppliers. I have been trying to recover ownership of ClearBusiness accounts for over a year. Actions promised on telephone calls are not followed up and over 15 written communications are now unanswered. Thankfully are now out of contract although I anticipate difficulty in leaving.

We are sorry to hear you have been experiencing these issues, we must advise that we do have strict security procedures in place to best protect our customers as well as a strict letter of authority review process in place to ensure no unauthorised contact can discuss the accounts unless the criteria has been adhered to.
