We used Life on Ice to transport sperm from Manchester to Leeds. Bob was quick to respond to our emails, and was very professional and sensitive when asking for updates on a potentially delicate procedure. They communicated with the clinics directly, so I had little involvement here, which was a welcome change! I would use Life on Ice again.
