KINEX ROBBERY

Firstly:
We got a bill for nearly £500 which had all the late charges on. Kinex were at fault because they couldn’t get the bills sorted between land lord and tenant so why were we being charged late payment?
After speaking to many incompetent people on the phone I managed to get the charges taken off (as a good will gesture)!!!
We paid £480 in Dec 2020

Our hair salon has been closed due to Covid restrictions since 24th Dec 2020.
We have now received a bill this month for £250.
Luckily we have a meter reading from Dec because we do not trust Kinex and there is proof that the numbers have not moved.
I have heard so many people complain about the same thing with Kinex trying to over charge.
Something should be done about this company.
Everyone is struggling financially and emotionally in these times.
They put salesman out on the streets to ask businesses to switch. One of them walked straight in to our salon just after last lockdown even though clients were having the sense to stay outside until we asked them in due to all the guidance.
