They will clear (your) business

The worst service provider of the millennium, I feel.
I finished my water contract with them in the month of February 2020. Final bills settled and contract procedures were all done amicably.
Last week I get a bill from them for payment for my water usage. Again!
What can I do? Phoned up customer service to have a chat. They view is they did the meter readings and sending me the invoice. I don't have a water meter inside the premises.
I have said them all the contract procedures are done and my account was closed. But they are saying that due the current COVID 19 situation, they have done meter reading now. I have refused their point of view and checked my previous bill for the month of February 2020. The water bill has been charged and the invoice has been paid and cleared.
I am confused now.
Please donot go near this company. They will clear your business.
