Give an immensely wide berth

Absolutely abysmal company to deal with. so we went into lockdown the first time and I was unable to open, obviously due to the restrictions. I did the right thing and rang to discuss, after waiting an eternity I explained the situation and was told nothing would be taken from my accounts over that period, needless to say monies were taken from my accounts. then I fell out of contract with them, no warning or communication on their part and without notice at the end of the lockdown they applied an out of contract electricity tariff which resulted in a 690 bill for one month even though I was closed. despite trying this has mounted and due to an over estimated bill and the introduction of new lockdowns I am left with a 1800 bill for a shop thats been closed for the best part of the year and a 450 pending termination charge plus VAT on top. all with no notice, and after a frustrating 45 minute call today I was informed that the account has been passed to their universal debt collectors as the couldn't help so they'd pass me through and they hung up, as bloody usual. I have been with Unicom for 10 years and have only stayed because coming out of a contract is ridiculously expensive. all of the above, the unwillingness to give any leeway the constant harassing sales calls during normal business operations I would advise to stay away from this company at all costs. I am in communication with OFFGEM to try and sort this mess after having been left with a bill so large I fail to see my business reopening.
