The WORST broadband supplier…

Kinex is the worst broadband supplier available, before you sign a contract they will give you a lot of promises, once you do they won’t deliver their promises.
Very bad customer service %90 of the time I had to wait minimum of 45 mins on the phone to speak to someone. More than 6 months trying to fix a problem with broadband and landline which damaged our business and Kinex failed to fix. If you decide to leave them to another supplier they charge you termination fees even if they didn’t deliver the promised service.

Very poor way of handling complaints which suppose to be one of the most important part of customer service. Not recommended at all

We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues.
I have reviewed the account and can see that you have already discussed this matter with our high level resolutions team.
Sometimes we do experience high volumes of calls and unfortunately this may result in longer wait times.
We have been reviewing how to improve this and have implemented a number of measures such as help guides available online and we have also extended our opening times during the week.
In this case there was a long period where we were not aware of any further issues for a number of months and as you were not willing to go through further checks we were not able to assist further with the fault.
