Only deal with this outfit if you are happy with poor customer service

The most frustrating company to deal with.
All over you when trying to get your business but
posted missing when you are looking for an issue to be resolved.

Have dealt with them a few times over the years as they can usually come in with the best rates but after signing up their customer service is non-existing.

Despite having a 3 year fixed rate electricity contract they have increased their rates but do not respond to any emails.
Positively an appalling outfit.
Previously the only way I could get a response from them was to post a review on Trustpilot.
