I have known Fanatical for four years. The digital games they provide are all officially licensed, and the price of the game package is even lower than that of Steam with the same content.

And they have a strong service team. If you encounter any problems when purchasing, they can provide you with the best solution because they have a certain degree of flexibility in handling problems, all with the customer in mind.

I find that Fanatical is always improving. If you visit their website, you will find that most of the game packages are self-service, and you can pick some of your favorite games at a huge discount.

Fanatical is a great option when you already own the base game and just want to buy the remaining DLC ​​at a lower price than on Steam. You can also give extra base games to your friends. This creates no waste.

I accidentally messed up my order and after exhausting all possible attempts at solving it myself reluctantly opened a ticket, expecting the resolution taking more than a day.
Then I went to tell friends that I won't be able to join them in game tonight. Before I even finished writing that message, I got a response from the support team that my issue was resolved. Amazing. Three cheers for Kim from customer support!

I purchased the deluxe edition of EIYUDEN CHRONICLES HUNDRED HEROES Key at 6pm at the time of writing this review it is now 9:40PM aNd my key is still stuck behind a YOUR ORDER IS STILL PROCESSING. CLICK TO REFRESH BUTTON. Ive written 2 tickets on this matter. and have got no response. I will definitely be thinking really really really hard before i purchase any major game from this store front again moving forward. have not got a refund in place because that's probably a few days before i see my money posted in my account again. on top of all that with the pre order apparently there is a 48 hour play early offer and was hoping to play tonight ........ nothing but hateful feelings.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased something qualifying for a free game and didn't receive a code for the free mastery game so this time I decided to reach out, they responded with a code that was invalid on there website, complete waste of time. Will be the last time I purchase anything with them. Will stick to green man gaming. I'm not writing this to receive anything just dumb when you don't get what your supposed to then when you reach out its no help.

This website is awesome! I bought preorder Dragon's Dogma 2 from them which was not eligible for refund unless the game has major issue. However, because the game had microtransaction which I didn't like in a game with AAA price, I asked for a refund with zero expectation. As a surprise, they went out of their way and allowed me to refund the game. 10/10 customer service

My go-to website when I'd like to buy game bundles or games on sale. For first time buyers, it takes a while as they verify your method of payment, but afterwards, it's all smooth sailing. I've had multiple purchases with Fanatical and I've never experienced any issues. All my game codes work on Steam just fine and you get the codes immediately after purchase.

Really pleased with this website. With the usual 'rip-offery' taking place just before renewal date I decided not to be a mug and went with fanatical.com instead. Paid a fraction of what I would have had to with original AV renewal price hike. Definitely would recommend to others, will most likely use again in future if I ever find myself getting bored and want a new game or project to get into!

Thus for the many years of using Fanatical have mostly 99% problem free . Maybe every now and then a payment will not go through , but mostly due to the card or payment restriction for what ever reason . ~ Other than that Ive been happy with the problem free purchases , and the heavy discounts that can be had are a nice bonus from this site . ~ Happy many year customer ! Great prices with minor yet purchasing choice discounts. While the RRP is often higher for Steam games than that on Steam itself, this is in line with other genuine eStores. I also had it explained to me, quite patiently, by a support staff member when I queried why.
The Bundles, also, are second to none and leave an old gamer weeping when he sees highly valued games he has paid a high price for, bundled together with others at an astounding discount.
An ideal eStore for the prudent buyer.

A great place for cheap games. Has been very reliable and prices often beat Steam itself (and other websites). Allows syncing of your Steam wishlist. Regularly does interesting bundles and although much of it is bargain-bin level stuff there are some gems to be had for very low prices at times.

really awesome deals, even new releases and pre orders are often discounted slightly. the mystery bundles are really fun. good way to expose yourself to smaller or older games that you've never heard of, find hidden gems for cheap.

In general, I’ve had a ton of good buying experiences. Once, I bought a game and it went into review randomly despite me buying games way too damn often. But it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Your prices are great and i receive my product instantly. My only real complaint is off-site. Ive seen your ads on facebook but they are always for games that are like 10% off. You have much better deals than that. Advertise your awesome bundles and under $10 games. Thats why i visit your site and why the site itself is much more appealing than your ads make it appear.

The store always has quality bundles at fair prices and you can usually get game steam keys for cheaper here than on steam so why spend more?

It's also nice they give you extra discounts and games depending on how much you spend.
