Extremely difficult to deal with

Extremely difficult to deal with, verbal contracts with no paper trial. Zero help or willing to resolve issues, fabricated charges and fees with no accountability. Will be forced to work with the communications Ombudsman to get a reasonable response. I can’t stress how much I’d avoid this company, they may be cheap but they are cheap for a reason.
