SCAM!!!

Created an account and uploaded my I'd and personal details. Lodged money into the account using my passport. Never received my new customer bonus so I went to withdraw the funds. Kucoin would not accept my passport or ID that I used minutes beforehand to lodge money. All of a sudden my passport would not be accepted to withdraw funds but it's ok to deposit funds. 4 minutes it took to accept my passport and money. 2 days later I still cannot withdraw my funds. The website logs me out every time I click withdraw. The service works perfectly fine until you try to withdraw then it starts running verry slow and times out on its own security measures. The security measures are to secure that kucoin keeps your money. Straight up scam website that should be taken down.
