Our Church is having a terrible time
Our Church is having a terrible time trying to update the contact and person now responsible for dealing with the account. We have been exempt now for a number of years from paying Water, drainage and sewage bills because we are a charity.
Despite many phone calls the demand for settlement of the account just keep coming. We have had enough!
We were with them for telephone and internet but the reliability of upload and download speeds was not even intermittent so we changed providers and we have no problems since the change over.
Once we get this current hassle sorted out we will move to a more reliable provider.
