Terrible service

Terrible service. They showed not a single person round and never return our calls. They have our keys and we cannot get them back as they won't communicate.
Not good!

I understand you have now spoken with Simon who is the Regional Manager and I understand he has explained that this appeared to occur during a change over of Local Property Experts.
