Absolutely day light robbery!!

Absolutely day light robbery!!

Highly not recommend!!

I paid nearly £800 for 2 months gas and electricity and most of it is “estimate” with covers my yearly usage of gas estimated for 2 months.

Very good sales team
Very poor rest of the service

Added 14/03/2021

Contacted same consultant I have spoke before.
He tried to resolve problem (this review??) by asking me what I expect now.
He promised to send me email with list of documents he needs to look at to try resolve my issues.
I didn’t received any email.
Soon something change or they resolve problem I will update this review.

Update 02/04/2021
I am trying to switch to another gas and electricity provider and Kinex object my switch. They promised and have note on my account to don’t make any objection.
Now they can only say sorry. And I have to do switch procedure again. It means I will have to stay with Kinex for another 21 days.
How should I call Kinex? Professionals?
