Customer Service that sets the standard
Great value for quality of goods that far exceed expectation. Having placed the order on Sunday evening, I realised I'd ordered the wrong size plates and sent an email asking to change the order. I received a well written reply within minutes, the order was amended, monies refunded and the goods delivered on the Tuesday. Doesn't get any better than that! Thank you.
