Ralph and his support team were so helpful in the transfer of 15 domains from my previous domain registrar. when i was first told that Just-The-Name, who were hosting my domains, were stopping this service i was left in a bit of a panic with the prospect of web site down time and missing emails while my domains were moved to a new host. I emailed many companies asking if they would help me get all my domain settings setup prior to the transfer process so there was little, if no, downtime. FVS Hosting responded within minutes, while i received nothing like that response from others. they agreed to help me setup my domain settings before the transfer and indeed helped me do this. during the transfer process, which was not smooth, their support was exceptional and made an already stressful situation manageable. I was sorry to see my old host go but i'm not sorry to have found FVS Hosting and their great support team. well done.
