I contacted Calvin out of hours on a Sunday and he came as soon as he could and fixed our boiler. He was very polite and diagnosed the problem straight away without any delay.
The previous engineer falsely diagnosed the problem as 'the three port valve' was broken, luckily we decided for a second opinion and Calvin diagnosed it as the thermostat running out of battery.
He also explained the functions of various components that usually fail.
Calvin saved us from being ripped of 100s of pounds.
