Save yourself a lot of hassle and go elsewhere

Been with this company just short of 3 years and not a good experience. Firstly told that the broadband would be on a dedicated business line (don't think that was true!) but was no better than what we had been getting before. Managed to change to fibre to the box in Oct 2019 but was actually worse, we also invested £150 in a new router , after 2/3 months an engineer came out and explained we had been sold the wrong type of fibre broadband. November 2020 my bills double from approximately £40pcm to approximately £80.00 was told I was out of contract with broadband, best they could do was approx £60.00 pcm. I then told them I had a better deal elsewhere and was changing suppliers, suddenly I an offered a contract for £30.00 pcm. I have now been hit with a termination fee of £80.00 with only 2 months of the contract left.
One other thing you also get regular calls from there sales team trying to sell you other products!
They appear to use quite aggressive approach in all that do.
